Shell foundation Trust is an ethical trust incorporated under the Trust Act on 2004 to work on the prime factor of Members satisfaction. We engage in promoting residential layouts, Satellite Townships, Villas, Apartments and Commercial Building in Tamil Nadu . The management is being excellent in promoting the business over the past 18 years. Shell foundation Trust is associated with Teaching Community, Non Teaching Community, Teaching and Non-Teaching Doctor’s, NRI Teachers, NRI’S and Others who work in various Schools, Colleges and Universities. We are also connected with various associations of teachers in India. We are having more than 10 Lakh members from all over Tamil Nadu. Our projects have been recognized by the trust members and we are proud to say that over 25,000 members from trust have been benefited from our projects in the past 18 years.
We are committed in giving high quality standard residential sites, Villas and Apartments with the amenities like metal roads, parks, club house, covered drainage, storm water drain, street lights, individual water pipelines, schools, tree guards and layouts surrounded by compound walls/fencing with tight securities. The members of Shell foundation Trust and NRI’S Housing Development and Welfare Trust has offered us to promote more residential layouts, Satellite Townships, Villas, Apartments and Commercial Building in the state of Tamil Nadu. In regard to this, we have planned to provide our members with option of selecting and buying from 1000 acres of lands in Tamil Nadu Within December 2023. To ensure that we procured and documented so that our members buy with ease and satisfaction. We planned to provide nearly 10,000 units of Villa Plots to the members of the trust.
